Nearshore Agents Is Now Nveevo

Company releases new product launch, company name, website, and global marketing campaign all in one day...

"As of today, we are now Nveevo," announced Perth Amboy, NJ based Nveevo (formerly Nearshore Agents) CEO Mr. Victor Peralta, at the event in their Santo Domingo operations center. After the company's transition from voice to data services earlier this year, and the development of the new brand, executive management believed a new image and fresher marketing approach was in order.

In a bold and aggressive effort to bring momentum to the initiative, the Nveevo decided to release its new name, website, and marketing campaign, all on the same day with a simultaneous re-launch of its line of products. "We have worked hard over the last six months to create a world class product offering, and we can't wait to see the cost savings and increased ROIs that our efforts will bring to businesses around the globe of every size," commented the company's Chairman, Hamlet Batista.

After the recent announcement of the new "Next Generation Customer Care" service delivery model by company executives, the immediate follow up with the full rebranding and re-launch is no surprise. Industry followers had been anticipating a drastic move by the company for some time.

The new make-over is part of the professional look the company wanted bring to its image. Victor Peralta, Nveevo's Perth Amboy based CEO noted that "We have a really fresh product, thatââ¬â iver. So we needed an image that was sophisticated. I think we've achieved that."

The new name was selected by senior management after a company-wide contest where employees at Nveevo, its parent company, and other subsidiaries participated. The winner was awarded a cash prize and weekend vacation trip.
